Are you planning a getaway with friends to enjoy a beautiful weeklong music festival? The only problem is that you are wondering what are the essential you should pack. Look no further we made a list for you! From toiletries to outfits, to the essential, we have you covered.
Clothing
It is important not to pack too much clothing, keep it as light as possible, mostly to one bag. Depending on where you are staying, you don’t want your stuff to get stolen.Don’t be afraid to reuse your items!
Shoes
I always like to bring three pairs: flip-flops, runners, and cowboy boots for those country nights. A girl can’t go wrong with too many shoes when it’s permitted.
Sunglass and Hats
On those hot sunny summer days, you will regret not bringing a pair of sunglasses or a hat. Keep yourself protected from the sun!
Reusable Water Bottle
Keeping yourself hydrated is very important not only for your health but for enjoying the week. There is going to be a lot of walking as well as the heat of the summer. So keep your bottle on hand and enjoy the festival.
Raincoat
Oh, I am not kidding! You really don’t want to get stuck in a middle of a crowd, soaked from head to toe, and have a far walk back to your camp/room. Don’t feel like spending money on a good coat? No worries just wear a garbage bag it works!
Bug spray
You will most likely be standing in a giant fell surrounded by hundreds of people who all attract those beautiful summer insects.
Charger + Memory
You will be taking A LOT of pictures with your phone so make sure you have the memory to store everything.
First Aid Kit
Make sure you carry a small first aid kit as anything can happen and you want to make sure you’re ready.
Ear Plugs
If you are sensitive to loud noise, you want to make sure you have a couple of earplugs on hand. Not only is the band/music going to be extremely noisy but the crowd is going to be even louder.
Toiletry
Pack that toothbrush, hairbrush, face wipes… Make sure everything is packed together nicely in a smaller bag so when you go to the bathroom everything is all together and ready to go.
Depending on the festival, you might need to add more items to your list. But don’t worry usually the concert is always near towns so if you forgot something that is very important and you might die without it (just kidding) you can make your way into town. You want to make sure to pack everything because it’s going to be a bummer to leave the party to make an errand.
